All pastırma orders are freshly prepared at the time of purchase and sent by Royal Mail. The pastırma is shelf stable. This means it does not spoil at ambient temperatures, so a few days in the post is perfectly safe.
For one-off sales of sliced pastırma click the BUY button below. You will be directed to a Sumup store where you can buy pastırma in 65g packs or 100g wholesale packs. For those of you who do not like their pastırma too spicy, you can also buy wholesale pastırma with the chemen paste removed!
