London Pastirma welcomes trading partnerships with restaurants, delis, butchers and retailers, but please be advised, at present, we can only sell to businesses within London or counties neighbouring Middlesex or those 30 miles from Enfield.
We can supply whole muscle Hass for slicing on site or large orders of sliced and packaged Hass.
We make our Hass from the salmon cut (girello or eye of round) of a silverside of beef, but it can be made from most cuts to order.
